Jon Wells has been coaching golf since he was 18, and he brings more than 25 years of golf industry experience to BoxGolf Weybridge. He grew up playing at Mitcham Golf Club, turned professional as a teenager, and quickly discovered his real passion was helping people improve through clear, simple, enjoyable coaching.

At BoxGolf Weybridge, Jon combines genuine people skills with tech driven analysis. Every lesson uses video from two angles, a grid system on screen, and ball flight data to show real before and after progress. His coaching style is relaxed, friendly, and straight talking with no jargon, no over technical theory, just clear explanations and teamwork.

Jon specialises in helping golfers of all levels improve, including complete beginners, developing juniors, returning players and experienced golfers looking for fine tuning. His philosophy is simple, everyone should leave a session playing better than when they arrived, and know why.

When he’s not coaching, Jon can usually be found talking golf, finding great value pre loved clubs for clients, or planning the next phase of BoxGolf Weybridge to create a true central hub for practice and play in town.
